摘要

Abstract

In order to develop a large number of molecular markers for early identification of Camellia oleifera hybrids,9 samples of Camellia oleifera(including 5 parents and 4 progenies)were sequenced by SLAF-seq technology and SNP markers were developed.Finally,a total of 1 644 616 population SNPs were developed based on the polymorphic SLAFs. Paternity analysis of the 9 samples of C.oleifera based on the population SNPs revealed that ZJ11,ZJ14 and ZJ24 was hybrid progenies of Cenruan 2 and Cenruan 11,CR-11 and CR-22,CR-11 and CR-24,respectively,while You 31 was a hybrid progeny of CR-11 and CR-23.
