摘要

Abstract

The adaptability and growth traits of 6-year-old Eucalyptus dunnii provenances plantation were in-vestigated and statistical analyzed in order to screen the excellent genetic materials. Results showed that the overall retention rate of experimental plantation was 52.56%,and the overall adaptability of various sources was significantly different.The average of tree height(H),diameter at breast height(DBH)and stem volume (V)was 18.3 m,16.4 cm and 0.187 5 m3,respectively.There were extremely significant differences among growth traits,and three traits were genetically controlled below medium intensity at the level of provenance and single plant.By building traits composite index equation,three super provenances and 75 superior individuals were selected according to the standard. The genetic gains in height,DBH and volume of these three super provenances were 2.89%,3.98% and 9.11%,respectively;and for the 75 superior individuals,the genetic gains were 4.66%,8.56% and 16.01%,respectively,which demonstrated distinct selection effect.
