摘要

Abstract

Starch hydrolysate-melamine-formaldehyde(AMF)copolymer resin was synthesized under alka-line condition to study the synthesis process of AMF resin. The near infrared spectroscopy(NIR)database was created by collecting the NIRs and measuring the viscosity value(25 ℃)of AMF resins with standard test methods. The spectral data was pretreated by method of smoothing-normalization-derivative,and then PLS quantitative calibration model was used for the rapid detection and analysis of AMF resin viscosity. Re-sults showed that the synthesis process of AMF resin was determined: the mass fraction of starch hydrolysate and melamine was 60%;the reaction temperature was 88℃for 2.5 h;the pH value was 9.5;the mole ratio of formaldehyde/melamine(Mf/Mm)was 1.6,1.8,2.0 and 2.2.The storage life of AMF resins could reach 30 d at room temperature.After the preprocessing of spectral data,the wave value of the load was 7 500~4 000 cm-1,and the lower the PLS vector number was,the smaller the dimension was.Using the PLS method,the model was validated through the mutual verification;the dimension was 3;the value of R2,RMSECV and Bi-as were 92.27,4.92,5.671,respectively and the regression curve was y=0.918 7 x+5.672 6.
