沉默大鼠颌下腺细胞SSB1对NBS1蛋白表达的影响
The effect of silencing single-stranded DNA-binding protein 1 on the expression of NBS1 protein in rats

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the protein expression of NBS1 after single-stranded DNA-binding protein 1 (SSB1) gene silencing.Methods:The submandibular gland (SMG) cells of rats were cultured and randomly divided into 3 groups:the virus group in which the cells were transfected with rAdE5-SSB1-1p2-shR-NA adenovirus expression vector,the blank control group in which the cells were transfected with empty adenovirus,and normal control group.The protein expressions of SSB1 and NBS1 were detected by western blotting.Results:The expressions of NBS1 and SSB1 in the virus group were significantly lower than those in the blank control group and normal control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:SSB1 gene was successfully silenced in the SMG cells of rats.SSB1 silencing could down-regulate the protein expression of NBS1.关键词
