Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions of lncRNA ENST00000413528 and inflammatory genes leukotriene B4 (LTB4),fork head box protein O3A (FOXO3A),and heme oxygenase 1 (HMOX1) in bronchial epithelial cells infected by Talaromyces marneyffei (TM).Methods:Bronchial epithelial cells (EBAS-2B) were divided into a control group and an experimental group.The cells in the experimental group were infected by TM spores (MOI=10-20 ∶ 1) for 4 hours.EBAS-2B cells were transfected with lentivrius particles carrying ENST00000413528 gene (overexpression group),and cells transfected with the empty vector were served as the negative control group.The expressions of lncRNA ENST00000413528,LTB4,FOXO3A,and HMOX1 were detected by qPCR.Results:The expression of LncRNA ENST00000413528 was significantly downregulated,while the expressions of LTB4,FOXO3A and HMOX1 were upregulated in the experimental group,compared with the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Overexpression of lncRNA ENST00000413528 resulted in an increased expression level of LTB4 and decreased levels of HMOX1 and FOXO3A expressions (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:lncRNA ENST00000413528 and inflammation-related genes LTB4,FOXO3A,HMOX1 were differentially expressed in EBAS-2B cells infected by TM.LncRNA ENST00000413528 might modulate the expressions of LTB4,FOXO3A,and HMOX1.关键词
