Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of microRNA518b (miR-518b) in villous tissues and serum of patients with missed abortion and its clinical significance.Methods:Villous tissues and serum samples from 30 cases of missed abortion and 30 cases of early pregnancy abortion were collected.The expression of miR-518b was determined by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR).Results:The expression level of miR-518b in villous tissues and serum of patients with missed abortion was significantly increased,compared with the controls (P＜0.01).Conclusion:Upregulation of miR-518b expression in villous tissues and serum might be associated with the occurrence of missed abortion.关键词
