康莱特软胶囊联合氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察
Clinical Study of Kanglaite Soft Capsule Combined with Argon-Helium Cryoablation in the Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kanglaite soft capsule combined with argon-helium cryopreservation in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:Forty patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups.All the patients received the treatment of argon-helium cryopreservation after standard chemotherapy,and experimental group addition Kanglaite soft capsule.The efficacy,time to progression,overall survival time and adverse reactions were observed in each group.Results:The clinical effective rate was 55.0％ in the experimental group and 40.0％ in the control group.The experimental group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the quality of life was improved in both groups,and the improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The total survival time and lesion progression time in the experimental group were significantly longer than those in the control group,and the adverse reactions were lighter.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:After chemotherapy,the use of Kanglaite soft capsule combined with argon-helium cryopreservation in the treatment of NSCLC can improve the quality of survival,prolong the survival period,reduce adverse reactions,decrease the rate of recurrence and metastasis and extend the time of tumor progression.关键词
