摘要
Abstract
Constipation is an adverse reaction of cancer patients for opioids and chemotherapeutic drugs mainly,causes of the opioid constipation is weakened peristalsis,belongs to the Chinese medicine Qi category,each period of tumor because of opioid induced constipation with Qi deficiency exists.The chemotherapy induced constipation can be divided into many types,due to the use of 5-serotonin receptor antagonist,Qi deficiency due to anemia caused by category;inhibition leads to bone marrow,blood deficiency belongs to the category of blood falling for body fluid deficiency,which can be expressed as Yin deficiency type constipation.Therefore,in the treatment,single attack the evil is righteousness will be lost,only make up the deficiency of standard should be difficult to remove,tonifying deficiency and defection,in order to achieve the purpose of strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil.关键词
