中药足浴对糖尿病周围神经病变干预作用研究进展
Research Progress on the Intervention Effect of Chinese Medicine Foot Bath on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath is effective in preventing and treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),especially the prescription of warming meridian and clearing collaterals and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.However,most of the researches were observational studies of small samples and non-randomized controlled,lack of rigorous design,lower level of evidence of evidence-based medicine,indications and contraindications were not standardized,and the underlying mechanism for the treatment of DPN was unclear.The future research should be carried out in vivo and in vitro experimental research through the establishment of DPN animal model to clarify its internal mechanism.Secondly,we use modern epidemiology and evidence based medicine to standardize the clinical efficacy evaluation of TCM foot bath in the treatment of DPN,and carry out a multicenter,double-blind,randomized controlled study to enhance the evidence level of evidence based medicine.关键词
