Professor Pang Guoming's Experience in the Treatment of Jaundice
摘要
Abstract
Professor Pang Guoming thinks that the occurrence of jaundice is mostly caused by the intrusion of heat-damp and pathogenic Qi into liver and gall.As a result,liver is incapable of controlling conveyance and dispersion,bile excretion is unsmooth,or blood stasis is obstructed,liver and spleen are in disharmony due to damp pathogen,spleen is not functioning well and cannot transform damp pathogen.Pathological changes are in middle Jiao,liver,gall,spleen and stomach;however,whether the pathogenic changes are in Qi tier or blood tier,in exterior or interior,in all Zang and Fu organs or in all the six meridians,this requires detailed differentiation.Treatment methods include:to cure jaundice,protect liver first-jaundice will extinguish naturally when liver is vigorous;to cure jaundice,treat the blood first,jaundice will be easily removed when blood is in harmony;to cure jaundice,diuresis is required-jaundice goes with urine;to cure jaundice,heat removing is required-jaundice will heal by itself when heat is dispersed;to cure jaundice,it's advised to invigorate spleen-jaundice will extinguish when spleen is sound;to cure jaundice,keep a good mindset-jaundice will be dispersed when mindset is sound.关键词
