Bi-Syndrome Treatment by Eight Methods of Liver-Regulating
摘要
Abstract
Professor Feng Xinghua advocated regulating liver in clinical treatment of Bi-syndrome and eight methods of liver-regulating were summarized.The eight methods of liver-regulating of Bi-syndrome treatment are respectively:①The method of soothing liver and regulating Qi,which is suitable for liver Qi stagnation syndrome and Chaihu Shugan San is commonly used.②Soothing liver and activating spleen method,which apply to liver Qi stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and the representative prescription is Xiaoyao San.Pingwei San is commonly used if spleen wet heavy.③Depressed liver-dispersing and liver fire-purging therapy,which is suitable for live depression fire syndrome and Danzhi Xiaoyao San is commonly used.④The method of removing dampness-heat from the liver,which apply to syndrome of dampness-heat of liver meridian.⑤The method of soothing liver and removing stasis,which is suitable for syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and Shentong Zhuyu Tang is commonly used.⑥The method of calming liver and extinguishing wind,which apply to syndrome of endogenous liver wind agitation and Tianma Gouteng Yin.Da Ding Feng Zhu powder is a good choice if liver fire flare up due to Yin deficiency.⑦The methods of tonifying liver and kidney,which is suitable for syndrome of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and Zuogui Wan is commonly used.⑧The method of nourishing water and clearing liver,which apply to the following symptom such as four limbs joint distention and pain,depression,impatience,irritability,dizzy,tremor of the four extremities.The representative prescription is Zishui Qinggan Yin.关键词
