Abstract
According to Ye Tianshi,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and liver Yang-induced wind are the major pathogenesis for stroke.As for the treatment,he focuses on the dialectics of Yin and Yang and nourishes middle Jiao,and meanwhile pathological factors such as wind,phlegm,inflammation,are taken into consideration.He has established nine methods for stopping endogenous wind:nourishing Yin,quenching Yang,harmonizing Yang,calming liver,nourishing blood,mediating Yang with testacean,invigorating Qi with sweet and warm-natured drugs,resuscitation with aromatics,and clearing inflammation with pungent and cold-natured drugs.Combination of internal and external treatments achieves a significant treatment effect.关键词
