糖脉通方对糖尿病高脂模型大鼠血管组织Flt-1表达的影响
The Effect of Tangmaitong Fang on the Expression of Fit-1 in the Vascular Tissue of High Fat Diabetic Rats

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tangmaitong Fang on the expression of Fh-1 in the vascular tissue of high fat diabetic rats.Methods:Streptozotocin (STZ) combined with high fat diet was used to make diabetic rat model.Forty model rats were randomly divided into the model control group,the small dose group of Tangmaitong Fang and the high dose group of Tangmaitong Fang,cilostazol control group,and they were all given intragastric administration of cilostazol.Another 10 normal rats were taken as normal control group.After 12 weeks of intervention,the expression of Flt-1 in vascular endothelial tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the positive scores of expression of Flt-1 were significantly increased in the smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells of blood vessels of rats in model control group by immunohistochemical detection (P < 0.01).In addition,the expression of Flt-1 were significantly reduced in high dosage of Tangmaitong Fang group,low dosage of Tangmaitong Fang group and cilostazol group,compared with model control group (P < 0.01),while the expression of Flt-1 were significantly different in high dosage of Tangmaitong Fang group and cilostazol group (P < 0.01).Conclusion:Tangmaitong Fang could significantly reduce the expression of Flt-1 in the vascular tissue of high fat diabetic rats,suggesting a key role of Tangmaitong Fang in the therapy of diabetic angiopathy on the early stage.关键词
