萎胃颗粒配合耳穴压豆对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃黏膜NF-κB通路的影响
Influence of Weiwei Granule in Combination with Pressing Ear Acupoints on Gastric Mucosa NF-κB Pathway of Patients of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To discuss about the influence of Weiwei granule in combination with pressing ear acupoints on gastric mucosa NF-κB pathway of patients of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods:The treatment of Weiwei granule in combination with pressing ear acupoints was given to 84 CAG patients to different serious extents.Gastric mucosa tissues were collected for pathological examination;and the expressions of IκBα and NF-κB before and after treatment were compared by applying immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive expressions of NF-κB and Ubiquitin in gastric mucosa dropped significantly after treatment when compared with those before treatment.On the contrary,the positive expression of IκBα in gastric mucosa rose significantly.Conclusion:The mechanism of action of Weiwei granule in combination with pressing ear acupoints with beans is possibly thus expressed by inhibiting the expression of Ubiquitin in gastric mucosa of CAG patients,the combination of NF-κB and IκBα is promoted and NF-κB activation is reduced,thus inflammation and inflammation and hyperplasia of gastric mucosa are controlled effectively so as to prevent CAG from transforming into gastric cancer.关键词
