护肾清浊方对维持性血液透析患者微炎症因子hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α的影响
Effects of Hushen Qingzhuo Prescription on Micro-inflammatory Factors hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Hushen Qingzhuo Prescription on the expression of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) in patients with maintenance hemodialysis and to evaluate their clinical efficacy as well as its effect on micro-inflammatory status of patients.Methods:Sixty patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis.The treatment group was treated with Hushen Qingzhuo Prescription (Rhubarb 30 g,Astragalus 30 g,Rehmannia glutinosa 20 g,Codonopsis pilosula 10 g,Yam 30 g,Poria cocos (Thunb.) 30 g,Salvia 20 g,Rhizoma atractylodis 10 g,Raw Atractylodes 15 g,Fried Coix seed 15 g,Achyranthes 15 g,Chuanxiong 12 g).Two groups of patients were treated for 3 months to evaluate the efficacy.Results:The effective rate was 86％ in the treatment group and that was 65％ in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with that of the control group,the hemoglobin and albumin in the treatment group increased significant after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Hushen Qingzhuo Prescription is effective to reduce the micro-inflammatory factors in maintenance hemodialysis patients,which can significantly reduce the levels of micro-inflammatory factors,improve the micro-inflammatory state of patients and further delay the disease progression of nephropathy.关键词
