幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎患者中医病、证规律研究
Study of TCM Disease and Syndrome Relation of Helicobacter Pylori-associated Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the distribution rule of TCM disease and syndromes of 1000 cases of Helicopter Pylori (Hp)-associated gastritis treated by Professor Zhao Wenxia.Methods:According to diagnostic criteria of TCM Hp associated with gastritis,diagnosis keys of Piman disease,stomachache,belching,vomiting and spit acid,data of 1000 cases of outpatients with Helicobacter Pylori-associated Gastritis treated by Professor Zhao Wenxia were analyzed to observe the traditional Chinese medicine disease distribution rules.Referring to the consensus opinion of TCM diagnosis and treatment,the TCM syndrome type was determined,and the distribution pattern of syndrome of TCM Piman disease was observed.Results:Among 1000 cases of patients with Hp-associated gastritis,Piman disease cases were 556,which accounts for 55.6％;stomachache cases were 218,which accounts for 21.8％;belching cases were 81,which accounts for 8.1％;and vomiting cases were 38,which accounts for 3.8％.In 226 cases of Chinese medicine Piman disease,liver-Qi there were a total of 280 cases of Liver Qi attacking Stomach Syndrome and Damp-heat Syndrome,which accounts for 50.36％;there were 93 cases of Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation Syndrome,which accounts for 16.73％;There were 52 cases of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency and Coldness Syndrome,which accounts for 9.35％;There were 131 cases of Cold and Heat Mixing Syndrome,which accounts for 23.56％.Conclusion:Professor Zhao Wenxia thinks that Piman disease is the most common disease in traditional Chinese medicine in terms of of Hp-related gastritis,and the most common TCM syndrome type distribution is Liver-Qi Attacking Stomach Syndrome and Damp-heat Syndrome.关键词
