中西医结合治疗腺性膀胱炎研究进展
Research Progress in Treatment of Cystitis Glandular Cystitis with Integrtative Medicine
摘要
Abstract
As a common disease of urology,cystitis glandularis is a prolonged disease and it does great harm to patients' body and mind.Because of its potential carcinogenicity,surgery should be the first choice of the first-line treatment,but surgery and postoperative chemical infusion cannot improve the quality of life of patients to some extent,and even brought great economic as well as mind and body burden.By analysis of the treatment of the disease ideas and experiences in recent years of the domestic and foreign scholars,it is found that the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral,perfusion or Chinese patent medicine treatment based on the use of western medicine not only can improve the clinical efficacy of patients but also can reduce the adverse reactions that be led to by the surgery and western medicine infusion therapy as well as can improve patient's clinical symptoms.Traditional Chinese medicine is characterized by the concept of Holism and syndrome differentiation.It provides clinicians with safer and more reliable alternatives to clinical practitioners and drug agents and also improves the quality of life of patients with cystitis glandularis.Therefore,the use of Western medicine to eradicate lesions and Chinese medicine combined with the etiology and pathogenesis of the use of solid cure Quxie therapy can reduce costs and clinical efficacy.At present,the existing problem of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of glandular cystitis is that there is a lack of systematic and theoretical large-scale clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicine,randomized controlled trials,in particular a lack of long-term efficacy of the observation,which leads to conclusions that lacks evidence-based medicine;hence its clinical application is limited.Therefore,the future research should focus on the clinical efficacy of integrated treatment of glandular cystitis with traditional Chinese and western medicine observation,evidence-based philosophy,multi-disciplinary cooperation,and the highlight of the advantages of treatment of glandular cystitis with Integrative medicine.关键词
