摘要

Abstract

Using ultrasonic and the pH sensitive surfactant (P(MMA-MAA-CS)),the oily cuttings were cleaned by ultrasonic-chemical combination process. The factors affecting the cleaning effect were studied,and the cleaning mechanism was discussed by experiments of interfacial tension and three-phase contact angle. The optimum cleaning conditions were as follows:mass ratio of solid to liquid 1:5,P(MMA-MAA-CS)amount 0.5%(w),NaOH amount 2%(w),ultrasonic time 20 min and ultrasonic power 200 W. Under these conditions,the oil content of oily cuttings decreased to 0.82% after twice cleaning processes,which met the national general industrial solid waste storage and disposal standard of GB18599-2001.
