摘要

Abstract

A large number of spent lithium-ion batteries (LIBs)were produced with the widely application of LIBs. The anode active materials of spent LIBs accumulated high grade lithium. It was worthy of recycling the rare metal lithium for its valuable. Due to the advantages of non-toxicity and good chemical stability,sulfaminic acid was used as leaching agent to leach Li+from anode active materials of spent LIBs. The effects of pretreatment process on composition and structure of anode active materials and the effects of leaching conditions on Li+leaching rate were investigated. The results showed that:The organic matters on the surface of anode active materials could be removed by calcination at 600 ℃ for 4 h;The Li+leaching rate was 97.2% under the optimum leaching conditions of sulfaminic acid concentration 0.75 mol/L,solid-to-liquid ratio 5 g/L,leaching temperature 40 ℃ and leaching time 45 min.
