摘要

Abstract

The attenuation correction of RF level signals in automatic test system was studied.The existing correction meth-ods required very complicated operations and the maintenance was very difficult.In order to solve the problem,Lagrange interpolation method was put forward.The required frequency attenuation was calculated based on the existing test data. Besides,the feasibility of this algorithm was verified by an example.
