摘要
Abstract
The natural frequency of the corrugated-pipe power take-off shaft was measured by hammering method.Then, by the contact way,the spherical plain bearing modeling was built,and the modal of the power take-off shaft was calculat-ed.The error between tested result and calculated was found too large because the stiffness of the spherical plain bearing was ignored during non-linear modal calculating by ANSYS.The spring element was proposed to simulate the stiffness of the spherical plain bearing. Through calculating, it was found a linear relationship between the natural frequency of the power take-off shaft and the stiffness of spring element.When the stiffness of spring element was set at 8.5×105N/m,the error was accepted.It meant that this method could better simulate the mode characteristics of the corrugated-pipe cou-pling.关键词
