摘要
Abstract
This paper is driven by the need for a deeper insight into the deformation and fracture morphology of the basic roof with non support or simple support.The research involves creating a me-chanical model of elastic thin plate with two edges clamped and two limb free edges,deducing the analyt-ic formula for deflection of the model,and analyzing the stress distribution characteristics of the basic top and lower plate surface and fracture mechanism line trajectory and the formation mechanism of arc triangle hanging plate with curve side structure;combined with the site conditions of the 1125(1)working face of Guqiao mine,developing the comprehensive control technology using truss and anchor rope as main body and bolt and steel mesh as a subsidiary part.The results show that the fracture line occurs with arc-shaped distribution at the side boundary of the upper end coal body of the two edges clamped and two limb free edges-namely an occurrence of an upper arc triangle hanging plate with curve side structure in such a way that a lower arc triangular suspension structure is more likely to take shape on the upper end roof of the working face.It follows that the lower arc triangle suspension structure benefiting from the ap-plication of the new control technology on the top end area of 1125(1)working face could provide the re-quired safety space for personnel and mechanical equipment.关键词
