Abstract
During the process of spacecraft program development,it is necessary to grasp the char-acters of risks from both aspects of management and technology.According to the development stages,serious risks must be analyzed and identified.Pertinent measures are put forward to con-trol the relevant risks,and the mission of spacecraft development can be carried out successfully.关键词
