Abstract

In order to ensure navigation accuracy for mission critical phase such as rendezvous, docking,landing,descend, reentry and return of multi-segment multi-subnet deep-space explorer,and to meet subnet time and ground standard time synchronization accuracy require-ments,the typical networking modes and time transmission mechanisms of multi-subnet explorer at home and aboard are studied and analyzed.This paper presents a typical design of time-synchronization system in multi-subnet deep-space explorer,the program uses superior/subordi-nate subnet and peer-to-peer subnet combined topology,the time transmission mechanism is de-signed to ensure the time accuracy.Through theoretical analysis and ground verification test,the correctness of time-synchronization system design is validated,which shows a higher level time accuracy onboard can be maintained over a long time without GPS support.The design has been successfully applied in the development process of a multi-subnet deep space explorer and passed the verification,and can provide a reference for future deep space exploration mission design.
