摘要

Abstract

Hongze Lake is the boundary between the middle and lower reaches of the Huaihe Riv-er,and it is important to monitor the changes of Hongze Lake water body extent in flood season. In this paper,the GF-4 satellite data with high time resolution is applied to monitor the changes of Hongze Lake water body extent during a completed process of flood season.The water body extent is automatically extracted based on water index model,and the change detection algorithm based on correlation analysis is used to quickly extract water body extent change.The results in-dicate that in the same flood season,the area of the water body is inversely proportional to the perimeter in various months of flood season,the area change of water body is significant,and the increase and decrease exist at the same period.The monitoring results can provide obj ective data for regional disaster risk assessment and loss assessment.
