基于现代穴位敷贴治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病选穴及用药规律分析
Based on modern of acupoint sticking therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease choose acupuncture point and the regularity of drug analysis

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of acupoint asticking in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, such as the nature, taste and meridian, and provide theoretical basis for the clinical acupoints compatibility of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the prescription of acupoint sticking. Methods Through computer retrieval China journal full-text database (CNKI), Wangfang database and VIP database self-built since the publication of many domestic scholars research results of acupoint sticking therapy in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical literature, using frequency analysis method in data mining, analysis of acupoint sticking therapy of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease choose acupuncture point and the regularity of medication. Finally, 270 articles were included in the literature, including 47 acupoints and 104 drugs. Results Through statistical analysis, it was found that in the selection of the meridians, the mian acupoints of Feishu, Shenshu, Tiantu, Dazhui, Dingchuan, etc. With the bladder meridian of the back of the waist mainly, the acupoint type is mainly on the back. With the use of white mustard seed, asarum, gansui root and corydalis rhizome, the drug is mainly composed of phlegm and cough medicine. The medicine is much warm, and the medicine is mainly composed of xin, gan and bitter taste. The drug is attributed to the lung meridian andis often guided by ginger.关键词
