基于古代文献对痛经外治法的用药规律研究

摘要
Abstract
Through the external treatment of dysmenorrhea Chinese medicine literature mining, study on the law of treatment of dysmenorrhea by external therapy of TCM.Taking Chinese Medical Classics as ancient literature source, TCM external treatment of dysmenorrhea treatment related literature were retrieved. By statistics, summary and analysis, the delivery regularity of the external treatment of dysmenorrhea Chinese medicine was summarized. 1) The drugs used in the treatment of dysmenorrhea by traditional Chinese medicine external treatment therapy are mainly promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, warm menstruation and pain relief drugs. The most frequently used drugs are angelica, excrementum pteropi, cinnamon, rhizoma corydalis, 7 each; 2) Drugs used in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with traditional Chinese medicine are mostly warm species, it accounts for 56.9% of the total drug frequency, the frequency of use and the proportion was significantly higher than that of cold and peaceful medicine. 3) In taste, pungent drugs used in the highest frequency, and has an absolute advantage, followed by bitter and sweet drugs; 4) In meridians aspect, many of these drugs belong to the liver, spleen and stomach meridians. The rule of treating dysmenorrhea by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is as follows: warm drugs are the main drugs in the nature of drugs; In the aspect of medicine, the use of high frequency is acrid, bitter, sweet medicine;In the return, the main drugs belonging to the liver, spleen and stomach meridians.关键词
