Experience of WANG Zhongqi in treatment for lung cancer by Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction
摘要
Abstract
The Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction is a classic complex prescription of the Treatise On Febrile Diseases, which consists of ephedra, asarum and aconite . The rigorous prescription as well as the precise dosage, which treats shao yin disease with exterior syndrome(kidney yang disease with exterior syndrome),is the typical prescription of enhancing yang to relieve the exterior syndrome and widely used in clinical.On the one hand,this article discussed the theoretical basis of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction,which taking warming kidney and enhancing yang, dispelling the cold as the main function features, so then demonstrated its emphasis on warming lung to eliminate cold and releasing pulmonary qi.On the other hand,based on the literature research of ephedra,asarum and aconite, analyzing the effect in the treatment of abdominal mass, this article expounded the pathogenesis of the cold sputum hiding in the lung and yang deficiency.Further more,according to WANG Zhongqi's clinical cases,this article expanded the ideas and scopes of application of classic complex prescriptions, explained positive significance for the treatment of lung cancer by warming lung to eliminate cold and releasing pulmonary qi of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction.关键词
