益气和血方联合恩替卡韦治疗乙肝肝硬化脾功能亢进
Research of Yiqi Hexue decoction combined entecavir treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis and hypersplenism

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Hexue decoction combined with entecavir treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis and hypersplenism efficacy. Methods from April 2011 to January 2015, the clinical data of 116 cases of liver cirrhosis and hypersplenism were divided into 2 groups, 58 cases in the control group, entecavir treatment,58 cases in the observation group,replenishing qi and blood treatment,changes in the relevant indicators were observed after the treatment. Results The TCM syndrome, the two groups after treatment than in the treatment of hypochondriac pain, abdominal distension, nausea, anorexia, lassitude, depression, depressed, loose stools were significantly decreased before and after treatment were significantly different (P>0.05), at the end of treatment the above indexes and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); The two group after treatment, WBC and PLT were significantly increased, spleen length, thickness of spleen, MPV and SPV were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05) at the end of treatment, above indexes of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); Control group curative effect, the cure rate was 20.69%, the total efficiency of 77.59%, the observation group clinical cure group 41.38% and the total efficiency of 89.66%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Hexue decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of the clinical effect of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis and hypersplenism significantly.关键词
