Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of GU Nailong's Fuzheng Quyu Xiaozheng formula in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 63 patients diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and differentially diagnosed with deficiency in qi deficiency and toxin stasis type were randomly into the treatment group and control group, blind to the final test subjects, both groups were given appropriate symptomatic support therapy,the treatment group was given Fuzheng Quyu Xiaozheng formula orally on the basis of symptomatic support therapy at same time, the treatment cycle was 28 days, comparison of two groups of tumors had stability factor, quality of life, symptom integral. Results The treatment group was similar to the control group, there was a statistical difference between the two groups in clinical symptoms and survival quality improvement rate (P<0.05), the treatment group has a certain advantage in survival quality and the improvement of clinical symptoms.Conclusion GU Nailong's Fuzheng Quyu Xiaozheng formula has a certain therapeutic effect In the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer patients,who's syndrome type is qi deficiency and toxin stasis type.It can improve the patient's survival quality and clinical symptoms from a variety of levels.关键词
