Clinical study of invigorate qi and invigorate spleen and raise qing in the treatment of diabetic functional dyspepsia

Abstract
Objective Treatment of diabetic functional dyspepsia by invigorate qi and invigorate spleen and raise qing.Methods A total of 120 patients were selected from July 2015 to August 2017 in the clinic and hospitalization of diabetes and spleen and stomach in our hospital. It was randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 60 persons pergracp. Two groups were treated with conventional therapy for diabetes, treatment group was treated with Mosapride Citrate Tablets and Buqi Jianpi Shengqing recipe, the control group was treated with Mosapride tablets 5 mg orally once a day, after 8 weeks of treatment, observe two groups of clinical symptoms, biochemical index changes. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95%, the total efficiency of the control group was 68%. The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The control group postprandial discomfort, abdominal fullness, early satiety, belching, nausea and vomiting incidence was significantly higher than the treatment group, the biochemical results of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.05). Conclusion The method of invigorate qi and invigorate spleen and raise qing has a good effect on the treatment of diabetic functional dyspepsia and relieving symptoms. With the further research of diabetic functional dyspepsia by TCM, the advantages of its exact effect and small adverse reactions have been reflected. It has wide application prospects.关键词
