加减苍附导痰汤对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素水平及受孕率的影响
Effect of modified Cangfu Daotan decoction on sexual hormone level and pregnancy rate of obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Cangfu Daotan decoction on sex hormone levels and pregnancy rate of obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 120 obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected as the research object. According to the random number table method, patients were randomly divided into the study group (n = 60) and the control group (n = 60). 120 patients were all given metformin hydrochloride enteric coated tablets. On this basis, the study group patients were given modified Cangfu Daotan decoction. After treatment, the obesity related indexes, sex hormone l evels, menstrual cycle, ovulation, pregnancy and efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the body weight, BMI, waist / hip circumference, leptin level and T, PRGE, PRL and GnRH level in the study group were significantly were decreased and E2, SHBG, cor, ACTH, CRH were significantly increased, showing statistical difference compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). Moreever, the degree of improvement of these levels in in the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The normal ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and total effective rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group, indicating significantly statistical difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion Cangfu Daotan decoction can decrease the body weight,improve the balance of sex hormone level and increase the pregnancy rate of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.关键词
