摘要

Abstract

UAV aerial image automatic mosaic technology can get a wide field of view,high resolution images.It has important research significance in the map generation,military reconnaissance and other aspects.In this paper, a new image mosaic algorithm was proposed to solve the problem of long time to match the feature points.The aerial image was acquired by UAV.The image feature points were extracted by using the SIFT feature extraction algorithm.Sequential similarity detection algorithm(SSDA algorithm)was added to the image preliminary matching, and the transformation matrix was calculated according to the RANSAC algorithm to remove the mismatched feature point pairs.At last, it completed the image mosaics.The experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm improved the matching speed,greatly reduced the matching time,and got a better seamless stitching result.
