摘要

Abstract

During the process of compacting SiC particles reinforced Cu matrix composite powder to green compact,the forces and reasons for cracks of green compact were analyzed. A die for this kind of composite material was designed and improved. Moreo-ver,corresponding demolding technology was studied according to characteristics of the composite materials. Results show the de-signed mould can prevent green compacts from deformation and cracks effectively and surface finish of the compacts is very smooth. In addition,mould structure is simple;assembly and disassembly are all convenient;the mould is practical safety and is of high compacting efficiency.
