颗粒增强金属基复合材料成型模具的设计及脱模工艺研究
Study on demoulding technology and design of die for particle reinforced metal matrix composites
摘要
Abstract
During the process of compacting SiC particles reinforced Cu matrix composite powder to green compact,the forces and reasons for cracks of green compact were analyzed. A die for this kind of composite material was designed and improved. Moreo-ver,corresponding demolding technology was studied according to characteristics of the composite materials. Results show the de-signed mould can prevent green compacts from deformation and cracks effectively and surface finish of the compacts is very smooth. In addition,mould structure is simple;assembly and disassembly are all convenient;the mould is practical safety and is of high compacting efficiency.关键词
