磁控形状记忆合金温度与磁感应强度关系模型研究
Research on relationship model between temperature and magnetic induction intensity of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy
摘要
Abstract
As a new type of sensor material,Magnetically Controlled Shape Memory Alloy (MSMA) has high sensitivity,fast re-sponse,high energy density and so on.On the one hand,the researchers have not yet a unified understanding for the relationship model between the temperature and the magnetic induction intensity,so that they are unable to determine the effect of temperature on the magnetic induction intensity;on the other hand,the magnitude of magnetic induction intensity changes determine the char-acteristics of sensitivity,thus the application of MSMA material is limited in the field of ultra-precision sensor.On the basis of an-alyzing the existing methods of curve relationship model,the relationship model between temperature and magnetic induction in-tensity is solved by polynomial regression method.The results show that the fitting accuracy of the model is very high,which proves the feasibility of the polynomial regression method.关键词
