变速器可靠性试验强化系数研究
Research on enhancement coefficient of reliability test for transmission reliability
摘要
Abstract
Miner theory and load spectra are used to improve the rationality of the reliability enhancement test and the fatigue life of the transmission is assessed in different enhancement test.And the reliability enhancement coefficient of the enhanced road test and indoor enhanced simulation test is obtained.No matter before or after processing,the damage value of load spectrum is con-sistent,and the time is greatly decreased.The results show that the concentrated load spectrum can predict the fatigue life of the products quickly and efficiently,and provide a basis for the enhancement testing of their reliability.关键词
