基于逆向工程和UG二次开发的人工骨组织结构造型仿真
Structure modeling of artificial bone tissue based on reverse engineering and UG secondary development
摘要
Abstract
In order to lessen complication and additional trauma from conventional repairing solution,autologous bone grafting,the preparation method of bioactive substitute is presented.The key of prosthesis technology is bioactive substitute can improve patho-logic organ function and structure.Based on reverse engineering and UG secondary development,Mimics medical image software was used for bone shape by reverse modeling.Then import the model into UG,process entity,generate mesh,and simplify analy-sis.And then,the structural model of porous artificial bone tissue was calculated and gained by programming language.Finally, taking the structural model as the mould,according to the rapid prototyping theory,artificial prosthesis with biological activity was produced by the rapid prototyping machine.关键词
