摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the optimum water supply quantity of cultivating Hypnum plumaeforme, Plagiomnium acutum and Leucobryum juniperoideum, the author measured and analyzed the chlorophyll content and photoresponse parameters of these three species of bryophytes under different moisture conditions. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and net photosyn-thetic rate(Pn)of three species of bryophytes under different moisture conditions had the basically consistent change trend. The optimum water supply quantity of both H. plumaeforme and L. juniperoideum was 177.3 mL/(m2·d), their chlorophyll content and Pn value were the highest, and their growth statuses were the best under this moisture condition. The optimum water supply quantity of P. acutum was 354.5 mL/(m2·d),and this plant grew best and had the highest chlorophyll content and Pn value un-der this moisture condition. Under drought stress,the Pn values of three species of bryophytes all were negative;their transpiration rates(Tr)increased obviously with the increase in illumination intensity(PAR); their chlorophyll contents were higher, and were only lower than those in the best water supply treatment. When the water supply quantity of three species of bryophytes de-creased, their chlorophyll contents increased first and then declined,suggesting that these three species of bryophytes possessed a stronger tolerance to drought, and could be popularized and utilized.
