摘要
Abstract
The distribution of plasmid-mediated quinolone-resistant(PMQR)genes in 102 strains of Escherichia coli isola-ted from dogs was detected by using PCR method, and the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs)of 6 kinds of antibiotics to dog-derived E. coli were measured by micro-broth dilution assay. Among the tested 8 kinds of PMQR genes, only oqxA, oqxB and qnrS were detected out from these dog-derived E. coli strains, and their detection rate was 9.8%,11.76% and 14.70%,re-spectively. The strains simultaneously containing 2 kinds of PMQR genes accounted for 8.82%,and the strains containing 3 kinds of PMQR genes at the same time accounted for 4.90%. These dog-derived E. coli strains had a stronger resistance(tolerance)to quinolone antibiotics, and their resistant(tolerant)rate to Enrofloxacin(ENR), Ciprofloxacin(CIP)and Ofloxacin(OFL) reached 71.57%,64.71% and 48.04%, separately.关键词
