双核架构嵌入式数控系统RTCP算法研究
Research on RTCP Algorithm of Embedded CNC System Based on Dual-Kernel Architecture
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the cause of the nonlinear error of the five-axis CNC machine is analyzed,the principle of RTCP (Rotation Tool Center Point) algorithm to reduce the nonlinear error is explained.Besides,a new RTCP compensation algorithm is proposed based on the modeling of C-A machine structure.Meanwhile,for the particularity of the embedded CNC system,the implementation method of RTCP function in the dual-kernel embedded CNC system is designed.Finally,the validity of RTCP algorithm is proved by the simulation on MATIAB.关键词
