Study on Compound Motion Dynamic Characteristics of All-Terrain Crane Combined Boom

Abstract
In order to accurately analyze the dynamic characteristics of the compound motion in the working process of all-terrain crane combined boom,APDL language was used to program the parametric processing for the transient dynamic analysis of the typical all-terrain crane combined boom system.Besides,the connection between the components of the combined arm frame was simulated by using MPC184 unit,so as to model,load and solve the problems of combined boom automatically.Taking the typical all -terrain crane combined boom as an example,this paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of its variation and rotation amplitude,and compares the rigid body dynamics analysis results with the variation laws of the displacement of the lifting point as well as the velocity and reaction force at the center of gyration.The results show that the dynamic characteristics analysis results of compound motion conform to the real motion law.Besides,the efficient simulation analysis can be realized based on the parametric modeling in APDL.关键词
