摘要
Abstract
In the system joint debugging process of a liquid cooling module,the flow path of the cold plate was expanded and deformed,which damaged the liquid cooling components and the internal power device.To solve the problem,this paper analyzed the possible causes such as the system hydraulic pressure,the frozen of coolant,as well as the techniques and materials.On the basis of analysis,the dynamic analysis and experiment was proposed and conducted,and thus the real reason for the expansion and deformation of the cold plate flow path was confirmed.At the end of the paper,the optimization scheme was proposed to solve the problem successfully.关键词
