MATLAB环境下大米图像的特征分析

摘要
Abstract
Rice is one of the most popular foods.With the improvement of the household living standard and the increase of food exports,the appearance of rice becomes the most important evaluation index.Currently,most of the appearance quality testing is done by manpower,which is a waste of time and energy.Therefore,it is an inevitable result of continuous development of information technology to apply computer technology to detecting rice appearance quality.In this situation,techniques such as image analyzing and image processing are of great application prospects.This paper mainly analyzes the color moments and texture features of rice image by using the image processing module in MATLAB.Color histogram is used to analyze rice appearance in an objective way,and then Fourier transformation is applied to transform the pixel value of the image to frequency domain,which greatly simplifies the calculation,providing a better way to analyze rice appearance.关键词
