Integrated Optimization of Production Plan and Preventive Maintenance Plan for Multi-State System
摘要
Abstract
To accurately construct the association between the production plan and maintenance plan in production system,the degradation model based on maintenance frequency as well as the non-periodic preventive maintenance model based on system reliability were introduced.On this basis,a joint model integrating production plan and maintenance plan was built aiming at minimizing the cost of system operation and maintenance while ensuring the system production.The planned maintenance cost and productivity of the system were obtained by using planned maintenance matrix and universal generating function (UGF).The simulation results show that it will be more cost-efficient to apply production plan and maintenance plan comprehensively other than separately.关键词
