Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of adequate dose of sodium valproate combined with small dose of risperidone and boozieqing in the treatment of acute mania.Methods A total of 74 patients with acute ma-nia were enrolled in the hospital from August 2015 to September 2016.They were randomly divided into ris-peridone group and boozieqing group.Both groups were required to receive adequate dose of sodium valproate treatment,and the risperidone group treated combined with small dose of risperidone treatment,the boozieqing group treated combined with small dose of boozieqing treatment,additionally.Both groups were analyzed. Results The efficacy of boozieqing group was significantly better than in risperidone group,and less cases of discomfort occurred.The BRMS score of patients in boozieqing group was significantly lower than in risperi-done group after treatment,all differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion It is effective when using full dose of sodium valproate combined with small dose of boozieqing in the treatment of acute mania.关键词
