Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and effects of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)signaling pathway in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods The levels of TNF-α,IL-Iβ,IL-4,p38MAPK and NF-κB in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis(experimental group)and healthy subjects(control group)were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Compared with the control group,the expression of TNF-α,IL-Iβ,IL-4,p38MAPK and NF-κB in the experimental group were significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion The levels of TNF-α,IL-Iβ,IL-4,p38MAPK and NF-κB in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis were overexpressed.It is conducive to understanding the patient allergic state and to assist the diagnosis of al-lergic rhinitis by detection related factors in serum.关键词
