摘要

Abstract

Biomass energy has the characteristics of renewability, widespread and rich reserves. Biomass compact forming technique is one of the biomass energy conversion modes. Biomass ring die is the main compact forming machinery. As the main technical parameter of ring die, it is important to research the production. Through the analysis of the material grab process of compression roller and ring die, the relationship between the biggest grab angle and the friction factor of ring die and material is deduced,and the relationship between the biggest grab angle and the friction factor of roller and material is also deduced. In combination with the friction characteristics of material and the geometry of ring die, establish the functional relationship between maximum press height and maximum grab angle, research the influencing mechanism of the friction factors of material and the diameter ratio of die-roll to production, the model of the maximum theoretical productivity of ring die forming machinery is obtained.
