集中连片特困地区村域贫困指数测度分析——以宁夏隆德县为例
Fussy Measurement Analysis on Village Poverty Index in Concentrated Contiguous Severe Poverty Areas——A Case Study in Longde County, Ningxia
摘要
Abstract
The article calculates rural poverty tolerance index,FGT index,poverty alleviation time index of sample villages in Longde County of Ningxia from 2010 to 2015 according to field research rural poor households.The result shows that,the Engel coefficient,poverty rate and poverty depth appear descending trends as a whole;the poverty tolerance index and poverty intensity index decrease in fluctuating,showing the positive trend of poverty degree in sample villages in Longde County,but the repoverty and poverty caused by exogenous risk such as disaster,illness and children education extrude due to lack of ability to resist external disturbance;the poverty alleviation time of Longde County sample villages,on the whole,tends to decrease.The poverty breadth,depth,and strength of sample villages in Liupanshan area rank the first among three landforms,and the task of poverty alleviation is still severe.Hence,under the background of precision poverty alleviation,the precise identification is primary of achieving poverty alleviation in new period,the effective and accurate allocation of antipoverty resources is the driving force to ensure the sustainable development of poverty relief and poverty reduction,and the public utilities should be built to ensure the resource sharing.Specific precise strategy should be implemented in different ethnic type area and the participation by diversified parties.关键词
