集中连片特困地区村域贫困指数测度分析——以宁夏隆德县为例OACHSSCDCSTPCD
Fussy Measurement Analysis on Village Poverty Index in Concentrated Contiguous Severe Poverty Areas——A Case Study in Longde County, Ningxia
基于实地调研的贫困农户数据,测算宁夏隆德县样本村2010-2015年的农村贫困承受指数、FGT指数、脱贫时间指数.结果表明,隆德县各地形地貌样本村和各民族样本村的恩格尔系数、贫困发生率以及贫困深度3者整体上都呈现下降的趋势;隆德县样本村的贫困承受指数、贫困强度指数均在波动中下降,说明贫困程度向好改善,但由于抗外界扰动能力的不足,因灾、因病、子女上学等引起的外生性的风险所带来的返贫和致贫现象突出;隆德县样本村的脱贫时间指数整体上呈现缓慢下降的趋势.…查看全部>>
The article calculates rural poverty tolerance index,FGT index,poverty alleviation time index of sample villages in Longde County of Ningxia from 2010 to 2015 according to field research rural poor households.The result shows that,the Engel coefficient,poverty rate and poverty depth appear descending trends as a whole;the poverty tolerance index and poverty intensity index decrease in fluctuating,showing the positive trend of poverty degree in sample village…查看全部>>
