摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that there is no regenerator module in Aspen Plus,a design method of custom regenerator module based on Aspen Plus is proposed in this study.The model of regenerator module is programmed by using Fortran programming language.Then the regenerator module is embedded into the compressed air energy storage system,and the two-stage compression and two-stage expansion of the advanced adiabatic compressed air energy storage system is calculated,then the related parameters of each node are obtained.The results show that the relative error of calculation between the original splicing module and designed module of Aspen Plus is less than 5%,which proves the correctness of the interface design.Besides,this embedding method of custom regenerator module can be used to the design of other modules.The design and implementation of this new module are conducive to the simplification and convenience of process simulation,which lays a foundation for further research on compressed air energy storage system.
