摘要

Abstract

The existing suspension rod sounding technology has the problems of poor accuracy of the acquisition of the surface signal, com-plex mechanical structure of the underwater signal triggering device or obvious disturbance of the measured flow environment. Aiming at the above problems,the non-sensor sounding technique for obtaining the underwater signal through analog voltage identification of the surface sig-nal and the change of the output torque of the motor was studied. Based on the Arduino platform,the scheme of obtaining the water surface signal based on the air and water resistivity was designed. The collision process was analyzed by ANSYS / LS-DYNA and the trend of the ac-celeration of the suspension rod and the torque of the instantaneous motor output torque during the collision process were obtained.The under-water signal was obtained accurately by PLC monitoring the feedback value of the servo unit. The practice has proved that the technology can accurately sound and has been used by each hydrological station of the Middle Yellow River Hydrological and Water Resources Bureau in ca-bleway hanging box flow measurement system.
